Training Program

1.Purpose of the training

In the 21st century, we see many changes that are clearly different from the societies of the past that we have experienced.
This training aims to train potters who have the potential to respond to these changes in the environment in a relatively short period of time.

2.Contents of the training

・Exploring the history and current status of pottery and future possibilities
・Wood-fired kiln technology(Kiln・Kiln firing・薪の取扱い・粘土の採取と精製・成型)の修得
・市場の把握と販売技術
・経営能力
・国内外の陶芸家との交流
・その他自立に必要な事項

3.研修期間

３年間　開始は随時

4.募集要項

目的を理解し、真剣に学ぶ気持ちと忍耐強く努力を惜しまない者であれば、年齢・性別・国籍等一切問わない

上記は、約750年前永平寺の開祖道元禅師が、修行僧のため修行の心構えを山門に掲げたものである。この教えは仏道を志す人だけでなく、本研修に於いてもその精神が貫かれている。

5.費用等

a.)研修生には、月額１年度：５万円、２年度：６万円、３年度：７万円を支給する他、技術の向上に伴い出来高手当が加算される。
b.)全寮制とし各自は16.5㎡(10丁間)の個室を、無料で使用する。
c.)水道・光熱及び米は無償で、自炊する。

6.目的を失い、研修態度に問題があれば退去させる場合もある。
