Hello everyone this is Pre.
Is been a month since I was assigned in slip casting. Its been a very busy schedule for us in ikomi (slip casting).
We, me and Akimoto-san was entrust to make 400 pcs of monkey slip cast for up comming tokyo dome and spring festival. For next year it is the year of the Monkey.
But because of many orders we did not met the ideal deadline for the monkey to be displayed in the Gallery, which is supposed to be today. (Sorry about that)
But anyhow we now have 70 pcs and still counting of monkey to be load in 2 chamber kiln tommorow.
The good news is that i’m done with Neko left hand, and neko rigth hand. Around 300 pcs i have to make. So im finished with it. Yehey

The ikomi studio so far is a very entertaining place for me. I hope i finish everything on time and i pray that no rejects after firing!
