Winternis coming!
The month of November is here. Autumn is about to end and the leaves are slowly changing. The air’s starting to be up as well as people here. I really hope that someone return to it senses.
So here goes my whirlwind day. In the morning we have to put varnished on these flower vases. About 400. We push our selves to finished it all before breaktime. I was informed a day before that these are the task for today. (That was what I thougth)
Then 15 mins before my breaktime end it was decided that i have to clean these yakimono. I’am okey with cleaning but i really hope that i could be inform earlier because we have schedules that are given to each of us so that everyone is aware of the schedule and also for me to prepare my self. These situations can be prevented because there is a fix schedule.
After that, 3 mins before 11:30am i was informed that i have to substitute in the firing for 30 mins for the firing crew can have his lunch. Crazy schedule hahahah i really hope next time that i would be informe about my schedule earlier or way more earlier like 24 hour earlier *cough.
Lunch time end and i was informed that i have to air compressed the vases. After that return to cleanning the yakimono.
If we want a better system we should start in the schedule. If the schedule was not planned well the whole system will crumble.
3:30pm we welcome some guest in the gallery and by 4pm return to cleanning yakimonk and finally…… thank you Lord finally done.
Im done for the day! Yehey!
